A brew group only goes in if the machine has first been switched off properly. If the power has failed, or the plug was pulled before the switch-off was complete, the mechanism inside is not in the right position.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDo not force the brew group.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClose the door, plug the machine in and switch it on. Wait until the start-up procedure has completely finished.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSwitch the machine off with the on\/off button and wait until the switch-off has fully completed.
