2. Application

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. By ordering, you accept them.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (see Shipping). Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us. Images are indicative.

4. Order and payment

The contract is concluded when you place and pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation by email. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will let you know immediately and refund you.

5. Delivery

We deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. Delivery times and costs are set out on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. See our Return Policy for the conditions and the model form.

7. Guarantee

The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to all products. Report defects as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovery.

8. Complaints

You can submit complaints to info@caffinity.be. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Belgium, consumentenombudsdienst.be).

9. Applicable law

Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer in your own country.
